Meet Courtney, our newest member of the FreezeSculpt Team

FreezeSculpt fat freezing procedure.

04 Oct Meet Courtney, our newest member of the FreezeSculpt Team

Being confident with our body image is important to us right? Well, as some of you are aware, we have been growing FreezeSculpt over the last few months. For those of you that didn’t know, coolsculpting is a revolutionary procedure that targets fat cells and delivers controlled cooling underneath the skin, leaving you with less fat and a more sculpted look. Here at Hampshire Health we offer this Coolscupting procedure to Portsmouth, Chichester and the surrounding areas, giving you the opportunity to freeze fat.
We have been busy training behind the scenes, and are now delighted to announce our new FreezeSculpt technician Courtney, who will be permanently based here at Hampshire Health.
We can now provide you a five day a week service where you can call us to book a consultation with Courtney in which she will personally assess you, tailoring an approach for your procedure. In doing this, we are able to provide a reliable service that can slot in to your busy schedule at a time suited to you.
We caught up with Courtney earlier in-between procedures and asked her a couple of questions.
What made you want to train with FreezeSculpt?
“Well I’ve always had these ‘stubborn areas’ of my own, and was excited about the new procedure Hampshire Health offered so I chose to have my stomach treated. After 6 weeks I started to see the results, I was really happy with how it went and couldn’t stop telling my friends. When the offer to train with FreezeSculpt became available, I felt I could use my experience to make others look and feel how I did.”
How did your FreezeSculpt procedure go?
“I had mine in March and was unsure whether it had worked for the first couple of weeks. I started noticing a slight difference after a month when I looked in the mirror. Over the next couple of months I kept noticing changes in my stomach area. At my 12 week follow up consultation I saw the before and after photos and couldn’t believe how different my stomach looked. It was so much flatter and my upper abdomen was a lot more defined.”
What would you say to people considering FreezeSculpt?
“Go in to your consultation with a goal, knowing how you want to look over a certain time period! If anyone is nervous about the procedure, I’m rubbish with pain and felt slightly uncomfortable in the first five minutes of freezing but as soon as my stomach was numb, I didn’t feel a thing and sat on my phone for the hour.”
To find out more about FreezeSculpt, we are holding an open day at Hampshire Health on the 14th September where there will be demonstrations, consultations and special offers! More details will follow closer to the event but make sure to save the date in your diaries so you don’t miss out!
